I want to upgrade to 203mm rotors on the Demo.

1 - Do I need these? www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=13734
2 - Is it different for front and rear? (Marzocchi 888 RCV Front)
3 - Does it matter what calipers I have? (Hope 2 pot front - 4 pot rear)
4 - Does it matter what brand rotors? Are they different thicknesses?

Any help would be appreciated.

Justin, where to start...

Yes the bracket will fit as you have IS forks and need to fit the M4 or M2. But I will have a look at mine and see what Letter it has on it as mine is 200mm to 888's

I have Hope rotors as I have Hope M4 brakes, but I think hope rotors a slightly thinker than normal rotors, but must only be 1 or 2mm, again I will measure mine and see what size they are. Also remember you can get 200mm, 203mm and 205mm rotors. Also you can get Floating and Vented rotors.

make sure they are right as you want them to work!!

Had a look at the front bracket to fit a Hope brake to a set of 888's and you will need a Hope B bracket. Also measured the Hope rotor width and then is 3mm, also measured a Avid 183mm and that was also 3mm. So I think you could get standard 203mm rotors and these would work fine with the Hope brakes.
