Glyn, this is how to ride Chatel properly on a Rocky Mountain!
- The secret to mountain biking is pretty simple. The slower you go the more likely it is you’ll crash.
- No one gets hurt in the air
- There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing.

the vid is over 8 min long...you can tell the people that don't have a bloody job :)

Anyway the guy is on a newer RM than mine otherwise I would have nailed everything twice as good :whistle:
