Came across this Vid, I had read that when it rain it can be a bit of a mud fest !! MIght be worth getting some keep wet kit to wear.

If at first you dont succeed, spend 6 hrs in casualty, then try again !!!

Looks like the Fox MX Mud Jacket is a good bet if you do not already have something @ £19.99

Clear polyurethane Fox MX Fluid rain jacket

100% Polyester mesh panels underarm

Cape back with vent

Lycra® binding at collar, cuffs, and hem

3M® reflective tape at edge of back cape vent

Center front two-way zipper with storm flap

Had to post this as well as it make me smile.
It's Title is this "Tricky, wet, off camber roots in Morzine" but just looks like a dry day in Leigh Woods. The Guy gets off and walks !!!!!!!!

Brenden Fairclough doing the Pleney.

Looks like it was be a good warm up trail for day 1. So her is the plan

1, Lift to Top at 9am
2, Pleney at 80% speed to make sure we know it
3, back to top
4, Pleney at 100% speed
5, coffee at bottum as it will then be 9:10am

If at first you dont succeed, spend 6 hrs in casualty, then try again !!!

Great vid of someone doing the Chatel Road gap for the first time. He's on a 160mm bike so we have no excuses?!
