OK here is the info on the 2013 trip to Morzine.

1 Anyone who is coming needs to be giving me a £50.00 deposit ( electronic only no cash or cheques) for the begining of Feb 2013.
2 The above money will be used to secure a place/chalet depending on what the final numbers are at the cut off of Jan 2013.
3 The dates are Saturday 27th July - Saturday 3rd August 2013 and are now agreed between me, Lee, Glyn and Paul.
4 This is based on a 7 day trip, if you can not do the full 7 days I am afraid you will have to sort yourselfs out unless you are happy to split the week cost evenly between all 6 of us or how many agree to come. The place we stayed in last year is available at £1800.00 for the week so split between six = £300ea regardless of the total amount of days you are staying, but if more people commit to coming the cheeper it is for everyone.

So there it is, sorry to be a bit hard faced about it, but you need to confirm if you are in or not, pay your money and we can start sorting out a place to stay.

I'm happy to saty in the same place, but if we want to change valleys thats OK by me.

Ok so we are now in 2013 so we need to start looking at what is available for our summer trip. I will take a few weeks to get sorted so if we start now we will get it all in place before the end of Feb.

To come we will need a £60 deposit to enable us to put a deposit on a Chalet. I think Nathan is ok to do this again this year, but all monies need to be sent to him via Bank transfer so he has a detailed record of what has been paid so far.

At the moment it looks like Nathan,Lee,Paul,Glyn are going for the week with Justin and Grant for 5 days. So we are going to need at least something that sleeps 8 people but if we want something like last year where we have a room each then it is going to be more. Now if people are happy with similar coast to last year then we try the same place and it ticked all the box's.

Or we might have to split in to 2 groups as the 2 guys coming down for a shorted time can get there own accommodation.

So please start looking for accommodation in either Morzine or Les Gets.
