I haven't been for a while but when I last went there was plenty to do on a XC bike and it is worth bringing as much armour as you can. I chose to collide with a tree last outing.
I will also be on my first outing on a downhill bike and the brakes need wearing in so will be taking it easy on Sunday.

OK so those of you that are coming on Sunday then we will be in the Layby on the left around 9am ish. If we are not there then we be there shortly or have already made our way up to the quarry. Those that don't know it, just down from the Layby next to the Graveyard there is a part over to the right that take you up a muddy path to the Monument at the top. When you get to the top it slits off right and left, we are around here somewhere but to the right is a good place to start. Turn right and you will come out in to an open quarry area. Stay tot he left and out bags are normally around that area. We will be around there our down to the left in the woods. I expect you will hear us :S

CU you there
lee
