Hi Guys,

After being up for 30+ hrs on fri/sat getting back my Bed was not letting me get up on Sunday morning.

Hope you had a good ride ! the weather sounded perfect :woohoo::whistle:
If at first you dont succeed, spend 6 hrs in casualty, then try again !!!

I got sunburnt on top of my head!

Nice to have seven hardy riders out on a winter's ride.
- The secret to mountain biking is pretty simple. The slower you go the more likely it is you’ll crash.
- No one gets hurt in the air

No bad morning. Pity about forgetting the change of trousers and having to sit in that traffic jam for 25mins shivering in wet leggings..... won't make that mistake again!!

Good ride today guys, thanks for having me. I'm stuck in the standstill traffic now just before the M32 junction. I think there's been an accident. No doubt you're all stuck in it too! :/
