	- The secret to mountain biking is pretty simple. The slower you go the more likely it is you’ll crash. - No one gets hurt in the air - There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing. The administrator has disabled public write access.

bill_e_shanks	I hope you all had a good ride? I made the mistake of dropping down the back from the lw car park and riding all the wet boggy horrible trails at first. I did a few laps round lw after that and then had a little blast round ac. Hopefully see you the week after next unless anyone fancys a weekday daytime or night ride? See you soon. Damian
